Textiles In Interior Design
I love nothing better than snuggling under a soft, cozy blanket on the sofa with my grandchildren while watching Saturday morning cartoons. Consider the drapes or softly woven blinds at your window, and the beautiful rug at your feet, providing the warmth and softness and finishing touch your home needed. All are functional and purposeful.
Textiles work within every design style from traditional to industrial and everything in between. And with each style the textiles chosen will accomplish the same purpose; interest, beauty and function.
